The problem isn’t that you can’t catch a lucky break. The problem is that you just haven’t figured out the secret sauce of getting what you want and making lady lucky your best friend.
If we create our own reality, perhaps you aren’t seeing the same results as those lucky folks because you aren’t open to the same thinking as the lucky ones are.
Here’s a little secret:
Luck begins by believing that you are lucky.
Deep seated fear and doubt embedded in your belief system can sabotage your luck. How can you expect others to believe in you if deep down you don’t?
“To be a champ you have to believe in yourself when no one else will.” ~ Sugar Ray Robinson
The real difference between those that you see as lucky and you, is in your belief system about yourself and about what can happen. If others can be lucky or achieve? Why can’t you?
Luck is an interpretation. Luck is simply a matter of preparation meeting opportunity – and the first step in preparation starts in your head.
Creating beliefs that you can achieve and that you can be the lucky one. There is a Japanese proverb that states, “The day you decide to do it is your lucky day.” Deciding sets into action intent and behind that intent there is a belief that you can.
Believing in you begins with understanding that getting spun out on the details of how you will accomplish what you want is just a derailment element in the brain. It is a protection default so that you don’t get hurt. The key is that when you shift your belief system that failure does not hurt, it teaches us how not to do something, then you can start believing in what you decide to do.
You may not know how, but you can train your thoughts that anything is possible – and yes and it is luck – because our preparation and opportunity unite.
Today is your lucky day because today is the day that you can choose to stop limiting your beliefs and start believing in you. You were created to succeed. You may not have the details of how, but it starts with believing in you. Create your own luck.
Luck is not in your hands, but decision is. Your decisions make your luck, but luck can never make your decisions – so always, always, trust and believe in you.
Your luck changes today as you decide to create thoughts that create better feelings and respect for you. What you have inside of you is great power to change your world.
How you see the world – the meaning you prescribe to what you see – will change everything.
When it comes to luck, you make your own. #makeithappen
